Cửa thép vân gỗ là một loại cửa chống cháy thông dụng được nhiều gia đình tại Việt Nam ưa dùng. Loại cửa “giả gỗ” này không chỉ đem lại thẩm mỹ cao cho các công trình dân dụng mà còn đảm bảo an toàn rất tốt cho con người và tài sản. CẤU TẠO CỦA CỬA THÉP VÂN GỖ
Cửa thép vân gỗ bao gồm những thành phần chính là: Cánh cửa, khung cửa, các phụ kiện của cửa (bản lề, khóa, tay co, tay kéo,…). Như tên gọi của sản phẩm, nguyên liệu tạo nên cửa thép vân gỗ là thép, nhưng không phải từ thép đặc 100% mà là thép tấm mạ điện.
Hiện nay trên thị trường, có rất nhiều loại cửa thép vân gỗ khác nhau, nhưng trong bài viết này chúng ta sẽ tìm hiểu về cấu tạo cơ bản nhất nhé:
CÁNH CỬA THÉP VÂN GỖ
- 2 mặt cánh là 2 tấm thép mạ điện với độ dày từ 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm tương ứng với thời gian chống cháy là 70 phút, 90 phút và 120 phút. Mặt cánh cửa thép vân gỗ được dập huỳnh tạo các họa tiết điểm nhấn.
- Lớp bên trong cánh cửa thép vân gỗ: Sử dụng vật liệu giấy tổ ong với ưu điểm là cách âm, cách nhiệt, chống cháy và có trọng lượng nhẹ, giúp giảm độ nặng của cánh, tránh bị xệ cánh trong thời gian sử dụng dài.
- Ở ngoài cùng, bề mặt cánh được phủ một lớp sơn vân gỗ để giống với các loại cửa gỗ truyền thống. Có nhiều mẫu mã đa dạng, màu sắc hệt như gỗ tự nhiên mà bền màu hơn trước các tác động của thời tiết. Nhiều gia đình ưa chuộng loại cửa này vì vẫn có tính thẩm mỹ mà tính an toàn hơn rất nhiều cửa gỗ truyền thống.
- Tổng độ dày của cánh cửa thép vân gỗ là khoảng 50mm trung bình.
CẤU TẠO KHUNG CỬA THÉP VÂN GỖ
Khung cửa (khuôn cửa) được cấu tạo từ thép mạ điện có độ dày từ 1.2mm – 1.6mm, gia cố để tăng độ cứng, độ vững chắc cho cả sản phẩm. Phần này thường được sản xuất gắn liền với cánh để đảm bảo có sự liền mạch về kĩ thuật, chất lượng và cả yếu tố thẩm mỹ.
Khung cửa được chia ra làm 2 loại là khuôn cửa đơn (tường đơn) và khuôn kép (tường đôi), giá trị của khuôn kép thường đắt hơn khuôn đơn từ vài chục cho đến vài trăm nghìn đồng.
Bộ phận đi kèm trong khung cửa quan trọng không kém là phào cửa thép. Phào cửa thép gắn trực tiếp với khung, lắp vào tường nhà, giúp cho vùng diện tích chuyển giữa tường và cửa trở nên đẹp mắt hơn, không bị lộ ra các hình thức kĩ thuật. Phào cửa cũng có 2 loại là phào cùng hướng mở cửa và phào ngược hướng mở cửa.
PHỤ KIỆN CỬA THÉP VÂN GỖ
Cuối cùng trong cấu tạo của cửa thép vân gỗ là một số phụ kiện đi kèm để tạo nên một sản phẩm cửa hoàn chỉnh:
- Bản lề cho cửa: Giúp chịu được trong lượng của cửa thép, nên có cấu tạo chắc hơn là bản lề của những loại cửa thông thường như cửa gỗ.
- Gioăng cao su: Đảm bảo độ kín, giúp cách âm, chống ồn và chống nhiệt hiệu quả.
- Khóa cửa: Cửa thép vân gỗ có thể dùng được nhiều loại khóa khác nhau từ khóa cơ, khóa từ cho đến các loại khóa vân tay. Đây là một điểm giúp tăng tính ưa thích bởi có thể sử dụng nhiều chủng loại khóa sẽ giúp tăng thêm thẩm mỹ và tính bảo mật cho gia chủ.
Ngoài những phụ kiện trên, bạn hoàn toàn có thể thêm một số thiết bị khác giúp tạo tính đẹp mắt hoặc an toàn khi sử dụng như mắt thần (quan sát từ trong ra ngoài), tay co (đóng cửa tự động khi quên), tay kéo (thay thế cho khóa),…
